Building brand systems that scale — from internal guidelines to external campaigns.

As Senior Design Manager at Orchard Insights, I lead the development of a comprehensive brand guidelines system, then build it into Word, PowerPoint, and social media templates that empower non-designers across the company to create on-brand materials with confidence and consistency.

Beyond brand systems, I own end-to-end production of a monthly newsletter, from copy and design through deployment, to support lead nurturing efforts. I also lead the design of a new company website with refreshed branding to support a strategic shift toward productization, partnering closely with our Chief Customer Officer to develop a new productization deck and supporting collateral.

In this role, I regularly support C-suite stakeholders with investor decks, sales enablement materials, and conference presentations, and I manage a creative team of remote freelance designers and junior copywriters across client campaigns.

In my day-to-day, I collaborate a team in creating high-volume, rapid-paced ad market research campaigns for Fortune 500 clients including Clorox, P&G, Unilever, Church & Dwight, Intuit, and Capital Group, ensuring every deliverable stays consistent with brand standards even under tight, fast-moving timelines.
